Dear 8th Grade Families,

As we look ahead to the end of the school year, we are excited to continue the tradition of celebrating our 8th graders with an end-of-year dance. This event is a special milestone for our students, and we are hoping to partner with parents to help make it a memorable experience.

We are looking for a small group of interested parents/guardians to serve on a planning committee for the 8th Grade Dance. This group would take the lead on organizing details such as decorations, refreshments, and other event elements. A staff member will support the committee and serve as the school point of contact, but our goal is for parents to guide and plan the event.
